Terms and Conditions – Papachocolat Camps

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the papachocolatcamps.ch website as well as registrations for recreation centers, camps and activities offered by Papachocolat in Geneva.

2. Registrations

• Registration is effective upon receipt of the completed online form and corresponding payment.

• Places are limited and allocated in the order of confirmed registrations.

• Papachocolat reserves the right to refuse registration if the maximum number of participants is reached.
  

3. Rates and Payments

• The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).

• Payment is made online (or according to the terms indicated during registration).

• All registrations are due in full.
  

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation by parents:

  • More than 30 days before the start of the camp: 80% refund.

  • Between 15 and 30 days before the start of the camp: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before the start of the camp: no refund.

• Cancellation by Papachocolat (e.g. exceptional reasons, force majeure): full refund of sums paid.
  

5. Supervision and security

• Children are supervised by qualified and experienced activity leaders.

• Papachocolat is committed to implementing all necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.

• Parents agree to inform Papachocolat of any medical problems, allergies or specific needs of their child upon registration.
  

6. Liability

• Papachocolat declines all responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

• Parents are responsible for their child's health/accident insurance.
  

7. Data protection

• The information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of organizing the camps.

• Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  

8. Applicable law

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.

• In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the canton of Geneva.
